Return/Replacement Policy

Can I return, if my product is damaged / defective / missing pages in book?

Yes, customers can inform us of any manufacturing defect or damage within 72 hours of delivery. We will replace the defective / damaged product with a new product at no additional charge.Profitable industries will replace the specific book you ordered. However, we will not return the book or replace with other book you want to order.

Damages due to normal wear & tear and negligence on part of the customer are not returnable at all.

Courier charges in this case will be beared by us. Customer will get a hassle free replacement in this case.

Where to notify, in case of problem with an order?

In case of any problem in the order, you can mail us at info@profitableindustries.com, we will try to revert you with the solution within 24 hours of your mail.

Book did not arrive?

You are eligible for full refund of the purchase price, including shipping charges, if your book has not arrived from the estimated delivery date, up to 30 days. If the bookseller provides follow-up information indicating that the book has arrived, the refund request is void.

In cases where the book is returned to the bookseller for any of the following reasons, the refund includes the book price only: incomplete address, unclaimed, returned to sender, or similar.

What if I receive a duplicate / not same product?

You can mail us at info@profitableindustries.com, we will replace the product with the actual and original product you ordered. Courier charges in this case will be beared by us. Customer will get a hassle free replacement in this case.
